Every Year Siruthondu Nayanar Guru Poosai is celebrated at Sri Bhairavaswamy Ashramam. The event started at 9AM with Panniru Thirumuraigal(பன்னிரு திருமுறைகள்)
by 27 Odhuvar murthigal(ஓதுவார் மூர்த்திகள்) from different parts of Tamilnadu. Performing Yagam/வேள்வி , Spcial Abhishekam to Lord Siru Thondeeshwarar(பேரொளி வழிபாடு) @ sri Bhairavaswamy Ashramam and culminates the event by 3PM performaring
Maadheshwara Poojai(மாதேஸ்வர பூசை) to Lord Shiva devotees(சிவனடியார்கள்) and served food(அன்னதானம்&வஸ்திர தானமும்) to Lord Siva devotees(சிவனடியார்கள்). hundreds of devotees joined this event.
